You can have a counseling session even if
you do not speak Korean.		   The center quickly helps reinstate your rights in cooperation with related authorities and NGOS.  
   
You can have a counseling session in various ways, via the telephone and mail.   The center runs Mobile counseling center visiting to a foreigner.
